As we grow up, we begin to recognize that not all of our favorite drinks are *gasp* healthy. In fact, they’re mostly made of sugar and unhealthy things. But, if we’re health conscious, we will actually try to change our habits. Not everything has to totally suck either. We can keep going to our favorite spots and still order great drinks that are actually healthy. And yes, this includes our beloved Starbucks, which usually loads drinks with sugar.
