On Tuesday evening, Founder of FEED, Lauren Bush Lauren, welcomed friends to the Brooklyn waterfront to celebrate the new Polo x Feed collection launch. Among the group included Leandra Medine, Kai Avent de Leon, Valerie Boster, Sai De Silvia and Dumbo business owner, Darlene Okpo. Everybody brought along their children who enjoyed endless carousel rides and live music.
“Dumbo is the home of the FEED Shop & Cafe and the neighborhood has become part of our FEED family. It only felt natural to have an intimate family dinner in our backyard at Jane’s Carousel for the launch,” explained Lauren when asked about the event’s location.
At the event, guests socialized over lobster rolls, summer salads, and farmers market crudité. Tables were dressed with iconic Ralph Lauren touches – gorgeous white hydrangeas by florist VSF in RL Home Burleigh pitchers and a mix of blue denim tablecloths and napkins that paid respect to the POLO X FEED collection.
“This year’s collection will continue to help fight hunger here at home, which is, unfortunately, all the more important as a result of the pandemic. Beyond hunger, this year’s collection will also be more environmentally friendly, utilizing sustainable materials and dyeing processes. These collections provide a personal and meaningful way to merge two brands I love, while also giving back in a big way to help families in need.”
The Polo x FEED collection is available in select Ralph Lauren stores, the FEED Shop & Café in Brooklyn, the Polo App, RalphLauren.com, and feedprojects.com. Check it out!
