Valentine’s Day is here and it’s the perfect time to celebrate with festive cocktails. Whether the cocktails are pink and fruity, or sweet and chocolatey, we’re sure you’ll find one that will be up to your Valentine’s Day standards.
- Love Potion No. 9
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Chambord
- 100% cranberry juice, unsweetened
- Lemon juice
- Grenadine
- Dry ice
Instructions:
Shake up ingredients, strain it into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a chunk of dry ice. That’s it!
2. Classic Mudslide
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Coffee liqueur
- Irish cream
- Heavy cream
- Shaved chocolate
Instructions:
Place vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
3. Strawberry Shortcake Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cupsFresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 ounces whipped cream vodka
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup strawberry simple syrup
- 2 cups ice
Instructions:
To make the simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar, water and strawberries in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let the sugar dissolve. Let the syrup cool completely. Add to a blender and process until smooth. In a blender, add ice, 1/2 cup simple syrup, whipped cream vodka, coconut rum, almond milk, and 2 cups of strawberries. Turn blender on and process until daiquiri is thick and ice is dissolved.Serve with whipped cream and a strawberry garnish.
4. The Scarlet Kiss
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces strawberry vodka
- 1.5 ounces raspberry vodka
- 1.5 ounces Chambord
- 1 ounce lemon lime soda
- 1 strawberry to garnish
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except for the soda into a shaker with ice. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch on the outside and then pour into cocktail glass. Top with the lemon lime soda. Add ice if desired.
5. Chocolate Truffle Martini
Ingredients:
- One shot vanilla vodka
- one shot light Godiva chocolate liqueur
- one shot dark Godiva chocolate liqueur
- splash of Baileys
- chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Chocolate truffles for garnish
Instructions:
Add one shot vanilla vodka, one shot light Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, one shot dark Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and a splash of Baileys to a martini shaker. Add ice and shake. Drizzle a martini glass with chocolate syrup and strain the martini into the glass. Garnish with a truffle, or two!
