Tiffany & Co. Celebrates The Blue Book Collection In Miami

Tiffany & Co. recently arrived at a private residence in Miami to show off its BOTANICA: Blue Book presentation 2022. Attendees included Pharrell Williams, Adra Arjona, Zoey Deutch, and Meadow Walker.

Although the celebrities were definitely drawing attention to the event, the real attention-grabbers were the megawatt gems. For those unfamiliar, the Blue Book is the Tiffany & Co. catalog, an idea started only seven year after the brand’s creation in 1837. Displayed within the Blue Book’s pages are the most decadent creations that combine technology, innovation, and the craftsmanship of Tiffany & Co. It results in everything stunning and carat-filled. While the Blue Book is known for tradition, there have been some new additions. This year, Gal Gadot is the face of the Blue Book campaign and wears a Dandelion necklace featuring a transferable platinum pendant of over 12 carats.

In order to display the jewelry, which required an equally beautiful setting, the brand transformed the private residence into something similar to a museum of diamonds and precious stones. The company even installed its own historical light fixtures throughout the home. Names of Tiffany’s closest collaborators, such as Jean Schlumberger and Elsa Peretti, were whispered from room to room. The Schlumberger room even had its own pyramidal installation as an ode to the designer’s display showcases from 1961. Even though the creations were gorgeous, the background behind them is what added a special touch, which was explained by Tiffany & Co.’s Chief Gemologist Vicky Reynolds.

Even though there were new introductions to Tiffany & Co., the guests really enjoyed the archival pieces. The brand flew in some of its most prized and rare pieces, such as the Tiffany Yellow Diamond which clocks out to 28.54-carats. The diamond has only been worn by only four people: Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, socialite Mrs. E. Sheldon Whitehouse, Lady Gaga at the 2019 Oscars, and Beyoncè in the “About Love” campaign. In a separate room, there were Tiffany & Co. palm tree candlesticks and an enameled calling card, each with history. A piece could be big or small, new or old, and ended up being totally priceless due to the charming stories.
