Arm day may not always sound appealing. But the below workout from Shannon Nadj, founder of LA-based studio Hot Pilates, will allow you to sculpt gorgeous dancer arms.
“These are my favorite moves to create long lines down the arms… and open up the chest for a dancer’s posture,” Shannon says in the video for Kourtney Kardashian’s company, Poosh. The routine is under five minutes, which makes it easy to fit into a busy day. She also doesn’t use equipment in the video and notes that you can add weight if you’d like to make it more challenging.
