Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds family has grown to six. The couple confirmed the news as Lively shared a subtle photo of herself on Instagram clearly not pregnant with her husband and his mother on Super Bowl Sunday. “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023 ? ? ? been busy,” she captioned the post. The pair have yet to reveal the baby’s name or gender.
Blake Lively married Reynolds in 2012, and they already have three daughters together: James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.
The couple revealed they were expecting their fourth child in September at the Forbes Power Women’s Summit. She kept very private throughout her pregnancy and only posted once about the pregnancy on her Instagram. The former Gossip Girl star shared personal photos of herself while expecting in order to discourage the paparazzi from trying to disrupt her and her family in their home.
“Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a ? sighting will leaving me alone,” she wrote. “You freak me and my kids out. Reynolds spoke on the Today Show in the fall about how he and his wife preferred to keep all their babies’ sexes a surprise. “I don’t know [the sex of the baby], we never find out ’til [they’re born],” he said. “I know girls, so I’m kind of hoping that, but I’m ready for whatever happens.”
