Hailey Bieber is notoriously ahead of the curve. And this time, the model has traded her rich brunette hair color in favor of a honey blonde hair color. Hailey’s glossy locks have inspired many drastic hair transformations in salons, most recently her chocolate brown color and her bob haircut.
The new caramel color is thanks to hair colorist Matt Rez, who coined “honey vibes” via Instagram this weekend. The fresh shade is slightly lighter and warmer than Bieber’s original tint, completing the full hair transformation following her January trim.
As we’ve learned to expect the unexpected from Hailey Bieber, the honey blonde hue isn’t totally random. John Frieda colorists Nicola Clarke and Zoe Irwin both predicted a trend towards brighter blondes, naming the tones “Uptown blonde” as their leading color trend for the year.
