Bella Hadid just celebrated a big milestone. The model just took to Instagram to mark five months since she went alcohol free. “5mo” she captioned the post, followed by a cancel sign and multiple drink emojis. She shared more of her sobriety celebration with fans on TikTok by posting a video of herself happily twirling around at a casino, captioning “5 months alcohol free.”
In addition to celebrating her sobriety achievement, Hadid revealed that a second reason for the trip was to celebrate her non-alcoholic wellness beverage brand Kin Euphorics’ partnership with Caesars Palace. In a second post, Hadid opened up about her and cofounder Jen Batchelor’s long-term vision for Kin Euphorics.
The model announced that Kin would now be stocked at minibars and in rooms at OMNIA Nightclub in Caesars Palace. She added, “There was something, among many other things course , that @jenofkin and I always agreed on. We never wanted to ostrcize anyone from access to brain care and an opportunity to discover wellness in a new way. We wanted to make sure that we were available to not only the health and wellness communities worldwide, but genuinely passionate about different communities ability to access & utilize the benefits of @kineuphorics in any field or place that they were in.”
Hadid also wanted to make sure people understood that the brand is for everyone, whether or not they choose to be sober.
“We want music listeners, DJs, dancers, clubbers, ravers, musicians, eaters, drinkers, sober ragers to use Kin as part of their lifestyle. Whether it’s to drink spritz to rage all night (with alcohol or not) actual sunshine for your hangover, light wave to come down, or Bloom for a little something extra, we have a drink for you,” she wrote. “The same way we want the business, tech, entrepreneurs to try us. The same way we want health, wellness, artists, naturalists, athletes, mothers, fathers, students, teachers, doctors, to try us.. We really want the world of Vegas to try us and let us know how you feel! We want Kin to be used at all times of the day, with or without alcohol, whenever/whatever you need to stay healthy, uplifted, energetic and able to party on.”
She concluded, “Vegas is the place we new we had to be. People know how to have fun, that also deserve to feel good while doing it! Thank you @caesarspalace & @taogrouphospitality for an amazing stay, great staff and great food!”
The model previously spoke in an interview with InStyle about why she decided to become sober.
“I have done my fair share of drinking,” she said. “I loved alcohol and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn’t be able to control myself.”
She continued, “I don’t feel the need [to drink alcohol] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school. There’s just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn’t really do much, you know?”
