Louis Vuitton is tailoring to a new audience: babies. For the first time, the fashion house has launched a capsule including clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, and even a stylish trunk in the Louis Vuitton iconic motif.
Louis Vuitton has reimagined every essential item for the first few years of a child’s life in its own stylish way, from cozy blankets and special silver objects to travel cases and a teddy bear. The result? Pieces designed to be life-long keepsakes, and definitely meant to make beautiful gifts.
The collection also includes baby outfits, which are offered in soft whites, beige, pink, blue and grey, while other items feature a new take on Louis Vuitton’s signature pattern and its trademark Meli-Melo flower print, embodied on leather shoes and cashmere knitted blankets.
The pieces are designed around the idea of passing down treasured pieces to the next generation, like you would with their designer handbags or jewelry. It also incorporates a commitment to sustainability – everything is made from responsibly-sourced conscious materials, such as organic cotton and Leather Working Group-certified leather.
