  • 1 banana
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of mangos
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 big cup of ice
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

  • Peanut butter
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Honey

Instructions

  • On a toasted slice of bread, spread a generous amount of peanut butter.
