EmRata Just Wore A Newspaper-Print Dress Carrie Bradshaw Would Approve Of

Emily Ratajkowski has her own way of stopping traffic, and this time it includes her outfit. EmRata was recently spotted in the streets of New York City in Miaou’s Karina newspaper-print dress. The backless midi-dress features an asymmetrical hem and halter tie top, and is stamped with “Signal Ahead” prints. This isn’t the first time the model has worn the French label. Last August EmRata was out and about in New York City dancing with a friend for a TikTok video in a gauzy Miaou minidress.

Ratajkowski is known for wearing the naked dress – a see-through style she’s worn countless times on the red carpet. But she stole the show with a vintage John Galliano newspaper-print dress she wore to a New York Fashion Week event in September 2022, paired with a Fendi Baguette and Proenza Schouler zebra print boots. The original New Yorker to wear the newspaper-print dress, though, was Sarah Jessica Parker. Carrie Bradshaw wore the iconic Galliano-designed autumn/winter 2000 Christian Dior newspaper slip dress in Sex & The City.

Whether it’s street signs or newspaper print, EmRata is always showing us something new in terms of style.
