For spring 2024, the skirt will once again become a wardrobe essential. In spring, the skirt will reveal itself in colorful and animal prints. Rather mini last winter, they will be worn long now. This year, the skirt will be the fashion piece of spring that will upgrade all our outfits. Below are essential trends for the spring, already adopted by big personalities.
The denim skirt
Exit the denim pants, make way for the denim skirt this spring. With the arrival of the western trend and craze around the 90s, jeans will pair with skirts to enhance our spring outfits. In Los Angeles, Elsa Hosk revealed the long denim skirt in a look made of a chocolate turtleneck, a sand bomber jacket, and sandals in the same tones. She completed her look with sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton shoulder bag.

Slip skirt
The satin skirt will be back to enhance our spring looks. It will pair perfectly with a light top or blazer for an effortlessly elegant look. During the Jacquemus spring-summer 2024 show, Jeanne Damas wore an ivory slip skirt, in a look with neutral shades, paired with a blazer jacket and enhanced with red heeled sandals.

The leather skirt
The leather skirt can be worn short or long, dark or colorful, this spring. For Kim Kardashian’s birthday, Hailey Bieber chose to wear a mini version in brown shades. She paired the leather skirt with a suede jacket and a white top. For accessories, she went with a burgundy bag and kitten heels, and of course adding her favorite initial necklace.

The pencil skirt
The office wear trend will still be present this spring, and skirts will be immersed with it. A perfect alternative to suit pants, the pencil skirt can be worn with moccasins or pumps as desired. In the streets of London, Ashley Roberts revealed the tennis striped straight skirt accompanied by a matching crop blazer, dark pumps and a small black bag.

Long white skirt
Leaving behind the colors of winter, white will take its place in spring on a long skirt. Elegant and comfortable, it will slip into our outfits this season, combines with a shirt or a light sweater. In Cannes, Elsa Hosk opted for a white skirt paired with a long brown shirt, suede kitten heels, and a Luis Vuitton bag.

Animal print skirt
Whether leopard, cow or python, animal print will decorate skirts this season. The wild pattern will tattoo our spring wardrobe, and will allow us to play up our classic looks with style. In Milan, Emili Sindlev revealed a green monochrome look to wear the skirt decorated with the python print. She paired it with a black cowboy hat and a green Miu Miu bag to accessorize her silhouette.
