The Pumpkin Spice Latte Is Back, Here’s What Else Is On The Fall Menu

It’s taken great patience, but as of today the long-awaited Pumpkin Spice Latte has returned. That’s right, the PSL and other fall favorites have come back to Starbucks.

Returning for its 19th year on the menu, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is still the same PSL we all know and love. The fall drink combines Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk with autumnal flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and real pumpkin, along with a dollop of whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices on top.

The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew will also make a comeback this year along with the Apple Crisp Macchiato, but with a twist. The drink is now the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and is created using oatmilk and Starbucks Blonde Espresso. Harvey Rojas Mora, Starbucks beverage developer, offered some insight for the change of the beverage recipe.

“Crafting the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato with Starbucks Blonde Espresso gives the beverage a soft and smooth foundation that ties all the flavors together,” Mora explained. “The oatmilk adds a creaminess and brings forward the oat flavors of a traditional apple crisp topping.”

If you’re still hungry for more, Starbucks is offering plenty of fall goodies this season. You can pick from the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Pumpkin Scone, and Pumpkin Loaf. New treats include a vanilla cake and buttercream Owl Cake Pop, which has an owl design and is dipped in purple chocolate-y icing.

Happy Pumpkin Spice Latte season!
